After your new site is up we  will be still there to provide you with backup, you may have a problem or require an alteration for your site.


Adroit Infosolution provide free support for all our clients, you can ask us as many questions as you like and there is no time limit on this support. Most of our clients are setting up websites for the first time and have a few questions and queries after their site goes live, so we are happy to provide free after sales support.


Slight alterations to the website design are also carried out for free. Final payment made by you for the completion of a website doesn't mean that we leave you alone, if there is any tweak or slight alterations of the content we will there for you to make the changes for free.


Any major changes or additions to your site, such as the addition of an online shop will obviously carry a cost implication, if it is in addition to your original requirements.


All support enquiries are handled via email initially and if required via telephone conversations . We answer all enquiries within 24 hours.

To host our websites we use selected third party companies to ensure that they are established reliable companies, with a view to providing your with the best performance possible for your site.


May be in an  odd occasion these companies may experience a technical problem , we cannot guarantee 100% uptime for your site, but any problems come to our attention we will deal with it immediately. The adroitinfosolution website is also hosted by the same company that we use for the majority of our clients.
